First dDocent Run

So, I’ve got my data demultiplexed. Now, we just need to run an assembler on it and call some SNPs. I should be writing the manuscript by the end of the month.

So I set this one up with all the data to make an assembly, map, and then call SNPs for all the individuals.

It crashed so bad that I didn’t even make a log of it.
